Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 July 2026

1. The service

FormDock provides form submission handling: ingestion, storage, spam filtering, notification routing, and export. You point your forms at endpoints we host; we process what arrives.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of recipient addresses you configure. Keep your sign-in email secure — magic links grant full access.

3. Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no using FormDock to send unsolicited email, no attempts to relay spam through notification or autoresponder emails. We enforce per-form rate limits and may suspend forms that threaten platform deliverability. We'll contact you before suspending an account except in cases of active abuse.

4. Billing

Paid plans bill monthly via Stripe. Where Stripe Managed Payments applies, Stripe acts as the merchant of record for your purchase: it collects and remits applicable VAT/sales tax (added at checkout), issues your payment receipt, and handles payment disputes and certain refunds, including any regionally mandated cooling-off rights. Plan caps are soft: submissions over your cap are stored but notifications pause. You can cancel any time; service continues to the end of the billing period.

5. Your data

Form submissions belong to you (or your clients). We process them as a data processor under the DPA. Export or delete them at any time.

6. Warranty & liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 14 days in advance.

8. Governing law

FormDock is operated from Switzerland. These terms are governed by Swiss law, and the exclusive place of jurisdiction is the operator's registered domicile in Switzerland, subject to any mandatory consumer protections at your place of residence.
